1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website or in person at our store.
1.2 We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
2. Products & Descriptions
2.1 We strive to display product images, descriptions, and colors as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade craftsmanship.
2.2 Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made in full before an order is processed or shipped.
3.3 We accept payments via, e.g., mobile money, debit/credit card, NO CASH
3.4 Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Orders & Processing
4.1 Orders placed online will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp once payment is received.
4.2 Incomplete orders or unpaid invoices after 15 mins may be automatically cancelled.
4.3 For custom or pre-order items, payment must be made in full before processing begins.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We offer local and international delivery; shipping fees vary based on location and you pay delivery directly to the rider
5.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
5.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details; we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
6. Returns & Exchanges
6.1 Due to the personal nature of jewelry, accessories, and clothing, all sales are final unless the item is defective upon arrival.
6.2 If an item is defective, notify us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos; we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
6.3 We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
7. Care Instructions
7.1 To prolong the life of your products, avoid exposure to water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
7.2 Store jewelry in a dry place, preferably in the original packaging or a jewelry box.

9.1 Preorders require full payment upfront.
9.2 Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase; however, delays may occur due to supplier or shipping issues.
9.3 Preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, except in cases where we cannot fulfil the order.
11. Affiliate Marketing Program
11.1 Affiliates earn a commission for every successful sale made by them.
11.2 Commission rates and payment schedules will be disclosed at the time of joining the program.
11.3 Affiliates must promote THE ARCHIVES GEMS in a manner consistent with our brand values and may not engage in false advertising or misleading promotions.
11.4 We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for breach of terms, unethical practices, or inactivity.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All content on our website and social media pages, including images, logos, product designs, and text, are the property of THE ARCHIVES GEMS and may not be used without prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
13.2 Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
14. Governing Law
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
